Privacy Policy

Find and Sign (the iPad app and findandsign.com) is provided by SJR Business Solutions, LLC, Plantation, Florida ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Find and Sign is a business tool: our customers are organizations that log incoming parcels and record proof of delivery.

Information we collect

• Account information: your username, email address and company name, and the sign-in details used to keep your account secure.
• Parcel records your team enters: parcel name, carrier, tracking number, category, notes, recipient name, the recipient's signature, and the dates and times a parcel was added and delivered.
• Location at delivery: when a delivery is signed for on the iPad, the app records the precise GPS location and street address as proof of where it was delivered. Location is used only at that moment, and only with your permission.
• Camera: the iPad camera is used only to read barcodes on shipping labels. No photos or video are saved.
• Notification addresses: email addresses you add on the Notifications page, so those people can be told when a parcel is delivered.
• Contact form: your name, email address and message.
• Technical information: cookies needed to keep you signed in, an app-specific device identifier provided by Apple (used to keep each account on one iPad at a time), and standard server logs.
• Website visits: on our public pages (home, sign in, sign up, this policy and our terms) we use Google Analytics to count visits and see how people find us, for example which pages they view, the type of device and browser, and the approximate location (city or region). Google Analytics uses cookies for this. It is not used on the pages you see after signing in, so your parcel records are never sent to Google.
• Payments: subscriptions are paid through Stripe on our subscription site. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To provide the service: logging parcels, capturing signatures, syncing your records between the iPad and findandsign.com, and producing reports and PDFs.
• To send the delivery notifications your team sets up.
• To manage your account and subscription, provide support, and answer your messages.
• To keep the service secure and working properly.

We do not sell your information, show advertising, or track you across other companies' apps and websites.

Who we share it with

• Your organization: parcel records are visible to the people in your Find and Sign organization.
• Service providers who run parts of the service for us: Amazon Web Services (hosting, database, sign-in and email), Stripe (payments), Apple (maps and address lookup on the iPad) and Google (website visit statistics on our public pages).
• Carriers: tracking numbers are sent to UPS, FedEx and DHL to look up shipment status.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, the public or us.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and parcel records while your account is active, so your delivery history and reports stay complete. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete its data within a reasonable time, except where we must keep something by law.

Security

Information is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored with Amazon Web Services. Access is limited to signed-in users of your organization and to us when needed to support you. No method of storage or transfer is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your choices

• You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us (below).
• You can turn off location access for Find and Sign in the iPad's Settings. Deliveries will then be recorded without a location.
• We only email you about your account and the service.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

Children

Find and Sign is a service for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced on our website or in the app.
