Terms of Service

These terms apply to Find and Sign, the iPad app and the website findandsign.com (the "Service"), provided by SJR Business Solutions, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you use it for.

1. The Service

Find and Sign lets organizations log incoming parcels, capture recipients' signatures and delivery location on an iPad, and view records and reports on findandsign.com. We may improve or change features over time.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your organization.
• Each account can be signed in on one iPad at a time.

3. Free trial and subscription

• New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is needed to start.
• After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription, billed through Stripe on our subscription site.
• There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Deleting your account (Admin page, Delete account) ends your subscription and service right away. You can ask for a refund for unused time by emailing support@findandsign.com within 30 days of deleting; refunds are at our discretion.
• We may change prices with advance notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

4. Your data

• The parcel records, signatures and other content your organization enters belong to your organization.
• You allow us to store and process that content only to provide and support the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
• You are responsible for having the right to collect the names, signatures and locations you record, and for telling the people involved where required.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, to collect information you have no right to collect, to try to access other customers' data, to disrupt or overload the Service, or to resell it without our permission.

6. Carriers and tracking information

Find and Sign is not partnered or affiliated with UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL or any other carrier. Shipment status comes from the carriers, and changes to their websites or services can affect the information the Service shows. We work to fix problems when they come up, but we cannot guarantee carrier information is complete or accurate.

7. Proof of delivery

Delivery records, signatures and locations are provided to help you track parcels. Their accuracy depends on how they are captured (for example, the iPad's GPS signal), and we do not guarantee they will be accepted as evidence for any particular legal purpose.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. The iPad app keeps working offline and uploads changes when it reconnects.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or leave subscriptions unpaid. You can ask us for a copy of your data before your account is closed. You can also delete your account yourself on the Admin page. That permanently deletes your sign-in and, for an organization's owner, the organization and all of its parcels and signatures. Deleted data can't be recovered.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and significant changes will be announced on our website or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
